Vengerov & Onay for UNICEF

Pianist Gulsin Onay joined forces with violinist Maxim Vengerov to benefit UNICEF in a concert in Istanbul. The two Goodwill Ambassadors came together on Monday night (28 October) on the Bosphorus for a special performance that raised funds for the Preschool Education campaign.

Immediately after this event, Gulsin Onay flew to Belgrade for a rendering of de Falla's Nights in the Gardens of Spain with the Belgrade Philharmonic conducted by Ruben Gazarjan.

November will see the famous pianist on a Turkey tour, playing Tchaikovsky and Saint-Saens with Turkish orchestras. She will then be giving another of her signature performances of the Rachmaninov 3rd at the closing concert of the Vilnius Piano Festival with the Lithuanian National Symphony under the baton of Robertas Servenikas on 30 November.
