Gülsin Onay's new concert season launches this Friday, with 11 more concerts to follow in the next seven weeks.

Gülsin Onay opens the 2012/13 concert season with a recital at the North Cyprus Music Festival. She will then join the Presidential Symphony Orchestra in Ankara to render the Chopin's 2nd Piano Concerto, which she will also play on their Hungary tour. Her concerto performances will further include de Falla's Nights in the Gardens of Spain with the İstanbul State Symphony Orchestra and Saygun's 1st Piano Concerto with the Kuopio Symphony Orchestra. Before the end of November, she will also give two recitals at the Antalya Piano Festival as well as meeting with the audiences in Newmarket, Bursa, and İstanbul.

Gülsin Onay will give her first recital in İstanbul this season to benefit the Maslak Rotary Club on the 20th of October at the Yıldız Palace Theatre, where she will play a programme centring on Chopin. Her second recital will be at the Kadir Has University on the 21st of November and her programme will comprise Beethoven's Waldstein Sonata and Sonata No.32 in C minor, Debussy's Images, and Saygun's 5 Sketches in Aksak Rhythms.
